Our Commitment

On Air Productions LA is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What We Have Done

• Keyboard navigation — All menus, buttons, forms, and links can be reached and operated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
• Skip to main content— A visible "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when focused via keyboard, letting screen reader and keyboard users bypass the navigation menu.
• Screen reader support — All images include descriptive alt text. Icon-only buttons carry ARIA labels so screen readers announce their purpose clearly.
• Semantic HTML structure — Pages use proper heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) and semantic landmarks (header, main, footer, nav) to aid navigation.
• Language declaration — Every page declares its language as English (lang="en"), helping screen readers apply correct pronunciation rules.
• Color contrast — We maintain contrast ratios that meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Responsive design — The website adapts to desktops, tablets, and mobile devices, and supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
• Cookie consent — We provide clear, easy-to-use cookie controls before any analytics tracking begins.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some third-party embedded content — including YouTube videos, social media widgets, and review platforms — may not fully meet these standards. We have no control over the accessibility of those external services and encourage users to consult those providers directly.

Legal Framework

This commitment is in accordance with:

• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — Title III applies to places of public accommodation, including websites.
• California Unruh Civil Rights Act — Extends civil rights protections to digital businesses serving California residents.
• Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — Federal accessibility standard referenced for best-practice guidance.
