On Air Productions LA reserves the right to decline any engagement at its discretion. A booking is not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit have been received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation terms, deposit refund policies, and rescheduling conditions are governed exclusively by the signed event contract between On Air Productions LA and the client. The general website terms do not override or supersede those contract terms. If you have questions about a specific booking, please contact us directly at events@onairpros.com.
