Event Production in the Bay Area

In the Bay Area, AV is designed as one system: sound that keeps a keynote clear at the back of the room and lets the party hit where it should, wireless microphones for presenters, panels and toasts, a stage and truss, intelligent lighting and uplighting, and the video feed that runs to the LED wall and the livestream.

Power, rigging, load-in and the network for the stream are agreed with the venue ahead of time, so the day itself is about the program rather than the setup.

At a launch or a keynote, the LED wall is the stage: product reveals, speaker slides, sponsor loops and live camera close-ups on one continuous screen behind the presenter. At a wine-country wedding it becomes a monogram, a photo story during dinner or a live feed of the toasts. The panels, the processing and the operator all come from us, and the content runs live, in step with the show.

Product launches, user conferences, all-hands meetings, galas and holiday parties: Bay Area audiences expect the production to look as considered as the product. We build the stage, LED walls and lighting around your brand, run presenter audio and the show's cues, livestream sessions to remote teams, then hand the room to a corporate DJ once the sessions end.

A violinist at a vineyard ceremony, a saxophone player working the room at a company reception, a singer for the first dance, a drummer driving the Hora or a closing set — or a full live band for a gala. Our musicians are scheduled alongside the DJ and the AV, so they play through the same sound system and follow the same run of show.

Bay Area weddings range from a city ballroom to a vineyard in Napa or Sonoma, and many bring together families of different cultures and languages. Our DJ and MC plans the ceremony sound, the entrances, the toasts and the dance floor with you, brings in the music your families love — Israeli and Persian favorites included — and keeps the night on schedule alongside your planner and venue.

For a conference, the coverage has to serve the marketing team the next morning: keynote and stage photography, candid networking shots, session recordings and a highlight edit, plus a livestream for people who could not attend. For a wedding it means portraits, the ceremony and toasts in full, and a film of the night. Either way, the photo and video team works from the same run of show as the production.

At Jewish and Israeli weddings and celebrations from San Francisco to wine country, the music and the MC come from an Israeli-born DJ who performs personally. Gilad Emesh takes the night from the Chuppah to a Hora that lifts the whole room, with Israeli and Mizrahi music for the dancing and Hebrew and English on the microphone — and the Hora can have a live drummer behind it.

Bay Area families get the full production we bring to Los Angeles celebrations: an entrance cued to light and music, candle lighting with photos on the LED wall, the Hora with live drums if you like, party games led by the MC, and a photo booth or 360 booth so the guests take the night home.
