AV Rental Las Vegas

LED walls, sound and lighting, run by one team

Audio Visual · Las Vegas

The screens, the sound and the light — run as one show

A Las Vegas event is judged in its first minute: the house lights dip, the screen comes alive, and the opening words from the stage land cleanly at the last table. Audio visual rental here is less about renting gear and more about getting a dozen moving parts — LED wall, PA, lighting, cameras, cues — to behave like a single production.

On Air Productions LA is the AV company that brings all of it under one roof: LED video walls and projection, sound systems and wireless mics, uplighting and moving-head fixtures, staging and truss, IMAG and livestream support, and a show caller who keeps the agenda honest. The same crew runs our DJs and live musicians, so production and entertainment share a single timeline and a single point of contact.

Home base is Los Angeles. For an event in Las Vegas, Henderson or Summerlin, our own crew and equipment make the trip, and travel is built into one clear quote. Where a resort keeps its own in-house AV provider, we reach out early so power, rigging and load-in times are settled long before the doors open.

What We Provide

Full audio visual production, from one crew

LED Wall & Video Wall Rental

A large LED screen gives a ballroom or a convention hall its focal point: a stage backdrop carrying your logo, a sponsor loop between sessions, a monogram at a wedding, or a live camera feed that pulls the back rows closer. We bring indoor panels and daylight-bright outdoor panels, stacked on the ground or flown on truss, with the processor and an operator on site.

  • Indoor and outdoor LED walls sized to the room
  • Ground-stacked or truss-mounted
  • Processor and an operator for the whole event
  • Content built with you: logos, loops, monograms, videos

Sound System & PA Rental

Every presenter, every toast and every walk-up sting should reach each seat at the same clarity. We supply PA systems, subwoofers and line arrays for large spaces, wireless handheld, lavalier and podium microphones, and a sound engineer at the mixing console from the first soundcheck to the final cue.

  • PA systems, subwoofers and line arrays
  • Wireless handheld, lavalier and podium mics
  • A sound engineer at the console throughout
  • Clean audio feeds for recording and livestream

Event Lighting & Stage Lighting

Lighting is what turns a neutral hotel ballroom into your event. Wireless LED uplighting washes the walls in your colors, pin spots pick out centerpieces, a gobo throws a logo or monogram onto a wall or floor, and moving-head fixtures on truss give the stage and the dance floor real movement. Haze and cold sparks are available where the venue permits them.

  • Wireless, battery-powered uplighting
  • Pin spots and gobo or monogram projection
  • Moving-head lights and stage wash
  • Haze and cold sparks within venue rules

Staging, Truss & Set Design

Stages, risers, DJ booths and truss structures give a room a front and give the production somewhere to live. We plan the stage around sightlines, the screen size and the way presenters or performers walk on and off, then build it to suit the ceiling height and the venue's load-in route.

  • Stages and risers sized to the program
  • Truss for lighting and LED walls
  • DJ booths, including an LED DJ booth
  • Layouts planned around sightlines

Projection, IMAG & Livestream

Not every room calls for an LED wall. Projectors and screens are a practical fit for breakout rooms and smaller sessions, while IMAG — a live camera feed on the main screen — lets a large audience see a speaker's face instead of a small figure at the podium. For people who cannot attend in person, we support livestreaming and recording.

  • Projectors and screens for breakouts
  • IMAG camera feed on the main screen
  • Livestream and recording support
  • Slides, videos and playback on cue

Show Calling & Technical Direction

A general session or an awards night runs on cues: walk-in music, the announcer's introduction, a presenter's slides, a nominee video, a lighting change, the applause sting. Our show caller works from the written run of show and calls each cue to the sound, video and lighting operators, so the program lands on time and nobody on stage waits for a slide.

  • Run of show written and circulated in advance
  • Cue-by-cue calling for sound, video and lighting
  • Rehearsal time planned into the schedule

Working With Resort In-House AV

In-house AV departments are common at Las Vegas resorts, and each property sets its own terms for outside production. We contact the venue early, share our equipment list and power needs, and agree rigging points, load-in windows and which team handles what — so the plan is settled before the first case comes off the truck.

  • Early contact with the venue's event and AV staff
  • Power, rigging and load-in agreed in advance
  • A clear split of who supplies what

For Every Kind of Event

AV for conventions, galas, weddings and private events in Las Vegas

Corporate meetings & general sessions

A stage with an LED backdrop, presenter mics, slides on cue and IMAG for the back of the room — plus breakout-room sound and projection, run by the same crew across the whole agenda.

Convention & trade-show-week receptions

A client dinner or brand reception during a convention week has to look sharp and run quietly: branded screens, lighting in your colors, clear sound for a short welcome and music that keeps the room talking.

Galas, awards & fundraisers

Walk-in looks, nominee and sponsor videos, podium mics, an auction every table can hear, and a lighting change when the party begins — all called from one run of show.

Weddings

Ceremony sound, a monogram on the LED wall or projected as a gobo, uplighting across the reception and a dance floor lit by moving heads — planned with couples from out of town by phone and video.

Bar & Bat Mitzvahs

A custom name wall, candle-lighting visuals, game screens for the kids, sound for the blessings and an LED dance floor, with the production and the DJ & MC planned as one.

Private parties & celebrations

Birthdays, anniversaries and parties at a villa or on a rooftop with a full show: LED screens, lighting, sound and staging built to the space, so a private night feels like a headline act.

Planning Guide

How to plan AV for a Las Vegas event

Start with the venue's rules

Ask your event manager whether the resort works with an in-house AV provider and what it asks of outside teams. Pass that on early and we handle the coordination from there.

Know the audience and the room

Attendee count, room dimensions and ceiling height decide the screen size, the speaker system and how much truss the lighting needs.

Map the program

Write out the agenda — speeches, videos, awards, performances, dancing. Each moment becomes a cue, and the cues decide the microphones, the playback and the lighting changes.

Choose LED or projection per room

An LED wall holds its brightness in lit rooms and outdoors; projection can suit smaller, darker spaces. We recommend what fits each room rather than one answer for all of them.

Send content early

Logos, sponsor loops, presenter slides and videos need to be formatted for the screen. Getting them a week or two ahead leaves time to test everything on the actual wall.

Lock the date around conventions

When large conventions are in town, ballrooms and loading docks are busy. The sooner your date and venue are fixed, the smoother the load-in.

Common Questions

AV Rental Las Vegas — FAQ

What does an AV company do for an event in Las Vegas?

An event AV company supplies and runs everything the audience sees and hears: LED walls or projection, the sound system and microphones, stage and dance-floor lighting, staging and truss, cameras for IMAG and livestream, and the operators behind them. On Air Productions LA plans all of it with you, coordinates with the venue and calls the show on the day.

Can I bring an outside AV company into a Las Vegas resort?

It depends on the resort — each one sets its own policy. Properties on and off the Strip often have an in-house AV partner and conditions for outside production teams. Check with your event manager first; once we have the venue's guidelines, we open the conversation with them early and settle power, rigging, load-in windows and the split of equipment, so the plan is approved well before the event.

Will your AV team travel from LA to Las Vegas?

Yes. Los Angeles is home, and our own crew and gear come with us anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley, from the Strip and Downtown out to Henderson and Summerlin. Travel is quoted up front as part of one clear proposal, never tacked on later.

How far ahead should I book AV in Las Vegas during a convention week?

As soon as the venue and date are confirmed. Big conventions take over hotel ballrooms and loading docks across town, so an early booking is what secures workable load-in times. We can hold the date first and refine the equipment list as the program takes shape.

LED wall vs projector — which is right for a Las Vegas event?

LED holds its brightness and contrast in lit ballrooms, in daylight and at very large sizes, and nothing has to stand in front of it to throw an image. Projectors and screens can suit smaller, darker rooms such as breakouts. For a main stage or a gala we generally recommend LED; for side rooms, projection often makes more sense.

Do your AV rentals come with technicians and a show caller?

Yes. Our crew delivers, installs and tests the equipment, then stays for the event: an operator on the LED wall, a sound engineer at the console, someone on lighting, and a show caller for programs that run on cues. We strike everything at the end.

Can you provide IMAG and livestreaming for a conference or general session?

Yes. IMAG puts a live camera feed of the speaker on the main screen, so people at the back see faces and expressions rather than a distant figure. We also support livestreaming and recording, with a clean audio feed from the mixing console.

Do you provide AV for weddings and Bar Mitzvahs in Las Vegas, not only corporate events?

Yes. Weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs are a core part of what we do: LED backdrops with monograms or name walls, uplighting, ceremony sound, candle-lighting visuals, LED dance floors and a DJ & MC in Hebrew and English, all planned together.

How much does AV rental cost in Las Vegas?

Each proposal is built around the event: the size of the room and the audience, which elements you need (LED wall, sound, lighting, staging, cameras), how many days including setup and rehearsal, the venue's requirements and the crew needed to run it all. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Can I book AV together with a DJ, MC and live musicians?

Yes. On Air Productions LA is a single vendor for AV, the DJ & MC, live musicians and photo and video, so the production and the entertainment share one timeline and you have one person to call.

Which parts of the Las Vegas area do you cover?

We work across the Las Vegas Valley — the Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, Paradise, Henderson, Green Valley, Lake Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley and North Las Vegas — and farther afield on request.
