Do you know how to run a traditional Quinceañera program?
Yes. We work from the traditional Quinceañera program — the grand entrance with the court of honor, the vals (waltz) with the chambelanes, the changing of the shoes, the father-daughter dance, and the toast — and coordinate timing and music cues with the family and the Quinceañera herself so each moment lands the way she pictured it.
Are you a Spanish-speaking MC?
Our MC service is English-language. We work closely with the family ahead of time to get every name, pronunciation, and program detail exactly right, and we're glad to coordinate with a bilingual family member, madrina, or padrino who wants to make announcements in Spanish alongside our MC. Being upfront about this is important to us — we'd rather tell you plainly than overpromise.
What kind of music do you play at a Quinceañera?
Whatever the honoree and her family want. Most Quinceañeras we DJ move between the traditional vals piece, Latin favorites like bachata, cumbia, and reggaeton, and current Top 40 and hip-hop for the open dance floor. We build the playlist together in advance — your must-plays, your family's favorites, and anything you specifically don't want to hear.
Can you provide a photo booth and lighting for a Quinceañera?
Yes. Uplighting is a popular way to bring the Quinceañera's chosen color palette into the room, and our photo booth and 360 photo booth options give guests a fun keepsake and keep the energy up between the formal program moments and open dancing. An LED screen can also display the court's photos, a slideshow, or a monogram through the night.
How much of the program can we customize?
All of it. Some families keep every traditional element; others modernize parts of the program or skip pieces that don't fit their celebration. We plan the run-of-show with you ahead of time — what stays traditional, what's updated, and exactly how you want each moment introduced — so there are no surprises on the day.
How far in advance should we book a Quinceañera DJ in Los Angeles?
We recommend booking 4-9 months ahead, especially for weekend dates in the spring and summer when Quinceañera season is busiest across LA. Earlier booking also gives us more time to plan the vals, chambelanes choreography cues, and full music program together.
