Wedding LED Wall & Lighting Las Vegas

LED backdrops, monograms and uplighting for your wedding

Wedding Production · Las Vegas

A room that feels like your wedding the moment the doors open

Las Vegas wedding venues are often grand on their own — tall ballroom ceilings, resort terraces, desert views. What makes the space feel like your wedding rather than the venue's is light and screen: walls washed in your colors, your initials glowing on the dance floor, a backdrop that frames the first dance in every wide shot.

On Air Productions LA designs the wedding LED wall and the wedding lighting as one look: an LED backdrop behind the head table or the band, wireless uplighting around the room, a monogram gobo, pin spots on the centerpieces, moving heads for the dance floor, and ceremony sound so every guest hears the vows. The same team runs the DJ & MC — in Hebrew and English when you want both — and any live musicians, so the light shifts exactly with the grand entrance, the first dance and the hora.

If you are planning from another city or another country, the distance is part of the plan. We walk you through every decision by video call, send a written run of show to your planner and the venue team, and bring our crew and equipment over from Los Angeles, with travel included in a single quote.

What We Provide

Light and screen for every part of the wedding

Wedding LED Wall & LED Backdrop

An LED wall behind the head table, the stage or the dance floor becomes the backdrop of the whole wedding. It shows your monogram as guests arrive, a photo montage during dinner, a live camera feed during the toasts so the far tables see faces, and animated visuals once the dancing starts. The wall is scaled to the room and to how close the nearest tables sit, and an operator runs it until the last song.

  • Monogram and welcome visuals
  • Photo slideshows and montages
  • Live camera feed during the toasts
  • Indoor or daylight-bright outdoor panels

Wedding Uplighting

Uplights set along walls, columns and drapes change the entire color of a ballroom. Ours run wirelessly on batteries — nothing snakes across the carpet — and each one can shift from a soft tone during dinner to a deeper, richer look when the party begins.

  • Wireless, battery-powered uplights
  • Colors matched to your flowers and linens
  • Separate looks for dinner and dancing

Monogram Gobo & Custom Projection

A gobo is a tiny metal or glass template that sits inside a light and turns its beam into a pattern. With a custom monogram gobo, your initials or names glow on the floor beneath the first dance, across a wall, or on the drape behind the cake — a quiet detail that tends to find its way into the photographs.

  • Your initials, names or wedding date
  • Projected onto the floor, a wall or a drape
  • Matched to the visuals on the LED wall

Dance Floor Lighting, Moving Heads & Pin Spots

Pin spots make each centerpiece glow without lighting the guests' faces. When dinner ends, moving-head fixtures on truss bring motion to the floor, with haze to reveal the beams where the venue allows it. For the grand entrance or the first dance, cold sparks can frame the moment within the venue's rules.

  • Pin spots for centerpieces
  • Moving-head lights on truss
  • Haze and cold sparks where permitted
  • An LED dance floor on request

Ceremony Sound & Lighting

Under the chuppah, in a garden or at the front of a ballroom, the ceremony deserves its own sound: a lavalier mic for the officiant or rabbi, a handheld for readings and blessings, and music for the processional. We light the ceremony space so faces read well for the photographer, then shift the look to the reception.

  • Lavalier mic for the officiant or rabbi
  • Processional and recessional music
  • Soft light that flatters faces on camera

Jewish & Israeli Weddings in Las Vegas

At a Jewish or Israeli wedding, the production follows the order of the night: the chuppah, the entrance, the hora, the blessings and the speeches. The hora gets its own lighting cue and a sound system with the weight to carry it, the MC moves between Hebrew and English, and a live drummer or other musicians can join the DJ for the dancing.

  • A lighting cue built for the hora
  • An MC in Hebrew and English
  • Live musicians alongside the DJ
  • Sound and music for the chuppah

Destination Weddings Planned From Afar

A destination wedding in Las Vegas means making decisions about a room you may only see once before the day. We plan it by video call: the floor plan, the palette and the timeline go over the screen with you, we send previews of the monogram and screen content for approval, and a single run-of-show document reaches your planner and the venue, so nobody works from an old version.

  • Planning by video call and phone
  • Previews of the monogram and screen content
  • One written timeline for planner, venue and crew
  • Liaison with the resort's own AV department

For Every Kind of Event

Lighting and LED for every part of a Las Vegas wedding weekend

Welcome party

A relaxed first night for guests who flew in: background music, warm uplighting and a screen with a welcome slideshow or the weekend's schedule.

The ceremony

Clear sound for the vows, a soundtrack for the aisle and light that flatters faces — indoors, in a garden or under the chuppah.

Cocktail hour

A second space with its own sound and a softer lighting look, so the reception room can be finished without guests watching.

Reception & dinner

Walls in your palette, a pin spot on every centerpiece, the monogram glowing on the LED backdrop and a photo montage between courses.

The hora & the dance floor

Moving heads, haze where permitted, an LED dance floor if you want one, and a lighting cue that lifts the room the moment the hora starts.

After-party

A darker, club-style look for the last hours, with visuals on the LED wall and the music turned up for the guests still dancing.

Planning Guide

How to plan wedding LED and lighting in Las Vegas

Check the venue's rules first

Ask the resort or venue about in-house AV, haze and cold sparks, rigging and load-in times. Send us their guidelines and we take over the coordination.

Choose a palette, not a single color

Two or three tones that echo the flowers and linens look richer than one color everywhere. Share your inspiration photos and we match the lighting to them.

Decide where the LED wall goes

Behind the head table, behind the band or DJ, or as a backdrop to the dance floor — the position decides the size, and the distance to the nearest guests decides how fine the pixel pitch should be.

Finalize the monogram early

The custom gobo and the screen visuals are made from your design, so send the monogram, or your names and date, as soon as they are settled.

Think about the camera

Talk to your photographer and videographer. Even, flattering light on faces and controlled color on the walls look most natural in photos and on video.

Secure the date first

Popular wedding weekends and convention weeks fill Las Vegas venues and loading docks. Lock the date with us early and refine the details as you go.

Common Questions

Wedding LED Wall & Lighting Las Vegas — FAQ

Is a wedding LED wall worth it in Las Vegas?

For many couples, yes — it does several jobs in one. The same wall shows your monogram at arrival, a photo montage during dinner, a live camera feed so distant tables see the toasts, and dance visuals later, while acting as a finished backdrop for photos. In a large Las Vegas ballroom it also gives the room a focal point that flowers alone cannot.

How big should the LED wall be for a wedding in Las Vegas?

It depends on where it stands and how far away guests sit. A backdrop behind a head table can be modest; a wall meant to show a live feed to a 300-guest ballroom needs to be larger. When guests sit near the wall, a tighter pixel pitch keeps the picture smooth instead of grainy. Your floor plan tells us the right size.

What is a monogram gobo?

It is a lighting template with your design cut or printed into it. Set inside a fixture, a custom monogram gobo casts your initials, names or wedding date across the dance floor or onto a wall or drape — a personal detail that needs no floor space at all.

How many uplights does a Las Vegas wedding reception need?

It depends on the room's perimeter, its columns and architectural features, and how deep you want the color to go. A smaller room may need only a handful; a large ballroom with tall walls needs many more to avoid dark gaps. We plan the count from the venue's layout and photos.

Will the lighting look good in our photos and video?

That is a large part of how we design it. Faces get even, flattering light, while the color stays on the walls and the drape rather than on your guests' skin. We are glad to compare notes with your photo and video team ahead of the wedding.

Can you bring wedding lighting into a Las Vegas resort with in-house AV?

Each resort has its own policy on outside vendors. If the venue has an in-house AV company, we get in touch early, share what we plan to bring, and agree power, rigging and load-in times with them — so the setup is approved long before the wedding.

Do you provide ceremony sound for Las Vegas weddings?

Yes. We supply a separate ceremony system where needed, with a lapel mic for whoever officiates, handheld mics for readings and blessings, and music for the processional and recessional — indoors, outdoors or under the chuppah.

Do you produce Jewish and Israeli weddings in Las Vegas?

Yes, they are a specialty. We plan the lighting and sound around the chuppah, the entrance and the hora, provide an MC in Hebrew and English, and can add a live drummer or other musicians for the dancing.

We live out of state — how do we plan our Las Vegas wedding with you?

Almost entirely by video call and phone. We go through the floor plan, the palette and the timeline together, send you previews of the monogram and screen content, and circulate the written run of show to everyone involved — planner, venue and crew.

Is your wedding team based in Las Vegas or Los Angeles?

Los Angeles. Our crew makes the trip with its own equipment to any part of the Las Vegas Valley, from Henderson to Summerlin, and the travel sits inside the same single quote as everything else.

How much does wedding LED and lighting cost in Las Vegas?

Each quote reflects your wedding: the room size and guest count, the size of the LED wall, how many uplights and which effects you want, the ceremony sound, the hours of operation and the venue's requirements. Contact us for a personalized quote.
