Wedding LED Wall Los Angeles

Monograms, backdrops and live feeds for your wedding day

Wedding LED Walls · Los Angeles

One backdrop that changes with every chapter of the night

Flowers, drapery and a printed sign each do one job all evening. A wedding LED wall does many. It greets guests with your monogram, carries the vows to the back rows, plays the montage after dinner, glows softly behind the first dance and breaks into motion the second the hora starts. Built once, it becomes the backdrop for every part of the day.

On Air Productions LA builds and runs wedding LED walls across Los Angeles and the rest of Southern California — indoor panels for ballrooms and social halls, daylight-bright outdoor panels for garden and estate ceremonies, a matching LED DJ booth, and a processor with an on-site operator who cues each change. We build the content with you, and the crew running your DJ, sound and lighting runs the screen too, so the visuals move with the music instead of against it.

No two couples use it the same way. Some want a quiet monogram that never moves; others want a full visual show for the hora and the after-party. We plan the size, the placement and every look around your venue, your design and the moments you want your guests to carry home.

What We Provide

What a wedding LED wall can do for your day

Monogram Welcome Wall

The first view guests have of the room sets the tone for the evening. A monogram welcome wall shows your initials, names and date in your wedding's typography and colors — perfectly still through cocktail hour, or with a slow, graceful motion that echoes your florals and stationery.

  • Your monogram, names and date in your own fonts
  • Colors taken from the stationery and décor
  • Still or softly animated
  • English and Hebrew lettering

LED Backdrop for the Sweetheart Table & Stage

Behind the sweetheart table, the head table, the band stage or the chuppah area, an LED backdrop takes the place of a printed banner or a plain draped wall — and unlike either, it can change through the night. It frames every toast photo, then becomes the visual heart of the dance floor once dinner is cleared.

  • LED backdrop behind the sweetheart or head table
  • Backdrop for the band or DJ stage
  • Chuppah-area backdrop for indoor ceremonies
  • Looks that shift from dinner to dancing

Ceremony Live Feed & IMAG

At a large wedding, guests in the last rows mostly see the backs of heads during the vows. A live camera feed — IMAG, short for image magnification — puts the ceremony on the LED wall so everyone sees the rings, the kiss and, at a Jewish wedding, the breaking of the glass. Later the same feed brings the toasts and speeches to every table.

  • Live camera feed of the ceremony
  • Every guest sees the vows up close
  • Toasts and speeches on screen at the reception
  • Recording support for your videographer

Photo & Video Montages

A montage of the two of you growing up, how you met, or both families through the years lands very differently on a large, bright LED wall than on a small projector screen. We work with your photos and clips to build a timed slideshow or video, check it on the wall during setup, and play it the moment your MC introduces it.

  • Growing-up and love-story slideshows
  • Video messages from family who could not travel
  • Timed to your MC's introduction
  • Tested on the wall before guests arrive

First Dance & Hora Visuals

For the first dance, the wall can melt into slow color, drifting petals or your monogram outlined in light. For the hora it does the opposite — fast motion, bright color and graphics that pulse with the music as the chairs go up. Our operator triggers each look live, so the screen follows the room rather than a fixed loop.

  • Soft, romantic looks for the first dance
  • High-energy visuals for the hora
  • Live cues by our operator
  • Optional live VJ for the after-party

Outdoor LED Panels for Garden & Estate Weddings

An afternoon ceremony in a garden, on an estate lawn or at a hillside venue needs panels that stay readable in full sun. We bring daylight-bright outdoor LED panels, ground-stacked or rigged on truss, agree power and placement with the venue, and set the wall where it frames the view instead of hiding it.

  • Daylight-bright outdoor LED panels
  • Ground-stacked or truss-mounted
  • Power and placement agreed with the venue
  • Positioned to frame the view, not block it

LED DJ Booth, Uplighting & Sound Together

An LED wall looks its finest when the room around it is designed too. An LED DJ booth carries the same content as the screen, uplighting in your palette ties the walls to the visuals, and the sound system plays the montage audio and the ceremony mics cleanly. Because one crew runs all of it, the lights, the screen and the music change together.

  • LED DJ booth faced with matching content
  • Uplighting tuned to the wall's colors
  • Montage and ceremony audio through one sound system
  • One timeline and one production team

For Every Kind of Event

LED walls for every style of wedding

Jewish weddings

A backdrop near the chuppah area, a live feed so every row sees the ceremony, a monogram in Hebrew and English, and visuals made for the hora and the dancing that follows it.

Israeli weddings

Big energy and a dance floor that runs late, with a wall that keeps pace: Hebrew lettering, visuals built for Israeli dance sets, and a live VJ option for the final hours.

Ballroom receptions

A backdrop behind the head table or band, a monogram stretched across a wide wall, and IMAG for speeches in a room where the back tables sit far from the stage.

Garden & estate weddings

Outdoor panels bright enough for a daytime ceremony, then a warm glow after sunset for dinner and dancing under open sky or inside a tent.

Ceremony & cocktail hour

A welcome monogram at the entrance, a live feed for the vows, and a second screen in the cocktail space showing photos while the couple is away with the photographer.

Rehearsal dinners & after-parties

A smaller LED screen for a rehearsal-dinner slideshow, or a late-night after-party with a VJ and club-style visuals to close the weekend.

Planning Guide

How to plan a wedding LED wall

Size it to the room and the viewing distance

A wall for 120 guests in a restaurant and a wall for 400 in a ballroom are very different sizes. Guests seated close need a finer pixel pitch so the image looks smooth; guests far away need a larger, brighter screen. Both answers come from your floor plan.

Choose where it lives

Behind the sweetheart table, behind the band, at the entrance or near the chuppah area — the position decides the size, the mounting and how the wall appears in your photos.

Design the content together

We build every look with you: monogram, fonts, colors, the montage, the hora visuals and any messages. You approve each one before the day, and we test them on the real wall during setup.

Daylight or evening

A daytime outdoor ceremony calls for daylight-bright outdoor panels; an evening ballroom reception can run indoor panels at a softer brightness. A wedding that starts in the sun and ends after dark may need both looks from one wall.

Confirm load-in and power with the venue

An LED wall needs a clear load-in path, dedicated power and time to build before guests arrive. We settle those details directly with your venue and planner so the day stays on schedule.

Pair it with lighting and sound

The wall looks complete when the uplighting matches its colors and the sound system carries its audio. Booking it alongside the rest of your production keeps everything on one timeline.

Common Questions

Wedding LED Wall Los Angeles — FAQ

Is an LED wall worth it at a wedding?

For many couples it is, because one wall replaces several things: a welcome sign, a backdrop, a projector for the montage and a screen for the ceremony feed. If all you want is a single elegant monogram, a gobo projection may be enough — we will tell you plainly which suits your day.

What size LED wall do I need for my wedding?

That depends on the room, the guest count and where the wall sits. A backdrop behind a sweetheart table can be modest; a wall that carries the ceremony feed to 300 guests has to be larger and brighter. We work it out from your floor plan and the distance from the screen to the farthest table.

What pixel pitch is right for a wedding LED wall?

Pixel pitch is the spacing between the LEDs. The closer your guests sit, the finer the pitch should be for a smooth image; a wall seen from across a ballroom can use a larger pitch. Outdoor panels are made brighter for daylight. We match the panel to your viewing distance.

Should we choose an LED wall or a projector for our wedding?

A projector needs a dark room and a clear path for its beam, and it fades in daylight or under bright stage light. An LED wall stays bright and sharp with the lights on, works outdoors during the day, and no one can walk through the image. For most receptions, and for every outdoor ceremony, LED is the stronger choice.

Can you show a live feed of the ceremony on the LED wall?

Yes. With a camera feed — also called IMAG — guests in the back rows see the vows, the rings and, at a Jewish wedding, the breaking of the glass as it happens. The same setup puts the toasts and speeches on screen later in the evening.

What content can we show on a wedding LED wall?

Your monogram, names and date; a welcome message; a photo or video montage; video messages from family who could not attend; the ceremony feed; first-dance and hora visuals; and motion graphics for the party. We design it with you, and you approve every look.

Does the LED wall come with a technician?

Yes. Every wedding LED wall comes with our crew and an operator who runs the video processor through the event, cues each look on time and handles the live feed. Nobody in your family has to touch a laptop.

Can an LED wall be used outdoors at a garden wedding?

Yes. We use daylight-bright outdoor panels that stay readable in the sun, ground-stacked or truss-mounted, and we plan power, placement and weather with your venue in advance.

How long does setup take, and what power does it need?

The wall is built and tested before guests arrive, typically in the hours before the ceremony, depending on its size and the venue's access. It needs dedicated power, which we confirm with the venue ahead of time.

How far ahead should we book a wedding LED wall?

As soon as your date and venue are set. Peak wedding weekends fill early, and booking ahead leaves time to design the content properly and plan load-in with the venue.

How much does a wedding LED wall rental cost in Los Angeles?

The quote depends on the wall's size, indoor or outdoor panels, the number of hours, whether you add a live camera feed, an LED DJ booth or a VJ, the content design and the access at your venue. Contact us for a personalized quote.

“Honestly couldn't have asked for a better DJ experience. We booked On Air Productions LA for our wedding and DJ Gilad Emesh absolutely crushed it. From the first song to the last, the energy was exactly what we wanted. He really knows how to read the crowd and keep people dancing nonstop. Super easy to work with, very professional and such a great vibe overall. If you're thinking about booking them, just do it. You won't regret it.”

“My son's Bar Mitzvah was the talk of the school for weeks. The DJ knew exactly which songs to play for a room of 13-year-olds and kept them dancing for four straight hours. The foam cannon at the end was the highlight of the entire night. Incredible!”

“On Air Productions played at our Persian wedding and they were absolutely perfect. They understood the flow of a Persian wedding completely — the classical music during dinner, the mix of Persian and Western pop, the energy building throughout the night. Our families were blown away.”
