Event Production in Miami

DJ & MC, LED walls, AV and live music for South Florida

South Florida

One production team for Miami

Many Miami celebrations happen where the city meets the water — on a terrace over the bay, in a beachfront hotel ballroom, at a private estate with the ocean behind the dance floor. Those settings are beautiful and demanding at once: sound has to carry over wind and water, screens have to hold up in humid air, and the night has to keep going when a summer shower rolls through.

Israeli-born DJ Gilad Emesh leads the team and performs personally, MCing in Hebrew and English. We travel from Encino, Los Angeles to Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach, bringing the music, the screens, the sound and the cameras to Jewish and Israeli weddings, Mitzvahs and corporate galas as one production.

Music, screens, sound and the show — planned together

Israeli & Jewish DJ in Miami

A Jewish wedding in Miami can bring together family from Israel, from across the Americas and from just down the street — and the music has to speak to all of them. Born in Israel, DJ Gilad Emesh performs personally and runs the microphone in both Hebrew and English, from the Chuppah processional to a Hora that does not stop until the chairs come down, with Israeli and Mizrahi sets mixed into a modern dance floor.

  • Israeli-born DJ Gilad Emesh, performing personally
  • Chuppah processional and a Hora, chairs and all
  • Hebrew/English MC for every announcement
  • Israeli and Mizrahi sets inside a modern dance floor

Live Bands, Singers & Violinists in Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Live music is part of how Miami celebrates. A violinist on the terrace as the light fades over the water, a singer for the Chuppah, live percussion under the Hora, a saxophone player stepping into the late-night set, or a full band once dinner is cleared — each one cued from the same run of show as the DJ.

  • Violinist or electric violinist, terrace to dance floor
  • Jewish wedding singers performing in Hebrew and English
  • Sax and live percussion over the late-night set
  • Live vocalists, or a full band after dinner

LED Video Wall & LED Screen Rental in Miami

In a Miami ballroom, an LED wall sets the tone before the first song: your monogram in gold, the Mitzvah logo, a photo story of the couple, or the brand behind a gala. Out on a terrace or lawn, an outdoor-rated LED screen keeps every speech and slideshow visible — and after dark it lights the whole space.

An operator runs the screen all night, and the content — logos, slideshows, live camera — is built with you in advance. Pair it with an LED DJ booth and an LED dance floor for a room that matches end to end.

  • LED walls as ballroom and stage backdrops
  • Outdoor-rated LED screens for terraces and lawns
  • Your monogram, a Mitzvah logo or a live camera feed
  • Booth and dance floor in LED to match the wall

AV Rental, Sound & Staging in Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Hotel ballrooms and waterfront venues ask different things of a sound system. Indoors, it has to fill a large room evenly without overpowering the tables; outdoors, it has to carry over wind and water while staying inside the venue's sound limits. The PA, the microphones, the lighting rig, the truss and the stage are all designed for the venue you choose — and run by the same people on the night.

  • PA and sound design for ballrooms and terraces
  • Wireless mics for the Chuppah, toasts and speeches
  • Uplighting and moving heads in your colors
  • Stage, truss and dance-floor design

Wedding DJ in Miami, Miami Beach & Fort Lauderdale

Your wedding DJ is also your MC — the voice that welcomes guests, introduces the two of you, and keeps the night on time from the processional to the last song. Expect a first dance on a cloud of low fog if you want one, toasts that every table hears clearly, and a floor that holds the grandparents and the college friends at the same time, with the music and every announcement settled with you ahead of time.

  • Processional, cocktail hour and reception sound
  • Cold sparks for the grand entrance, with venue approval
  • Dance-floor lighting designed for the room
  • MC in English, Hebrew or both

Bar & Bat Mitzvah DJ in Miami & Boca Raton

For the kids, a Bar or Bat Mitzvah is the party of the year; for the parents, it is a milestone the whole family will remember. We plan for both audiences: a grand entrance on the LED wall, candle lighting with music and a photo montage, the Hora with live percussion, then games, contests and a dance floor run by an MC who keeps teenagers and grandparents moving together.

  • Grand entrance on the LED wall
  • Candle lighting with a song for every honoree
  • Kids' games and contests, run by the MC
  • Silent disco, 360 booth or cold sparks for the after-party

Corporate Event Production & DJ in Miami

A Miami gala is judged in its first five minutes — the arrival, the light, the sound as the doors open. We produce the whole arc: walk-in music and lighting, a stage with LED walls carrying your brand, presenter microphones and video cues for the program, and a corporate DJ who knows exactly when to turn a dinner into a party.

  • Galas, launches, conferences and company parties
  • Stage, LED walls and branded content
  • Presenter mics, video cues and show calling
  • Corporate DJ and MC for the after-party

Event Photographer & Videographer in Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Waterfront light, a ballroom in motion, the Hora seen from the middle of the circle. Because the photographer and videographer are part of the same production, they know when the entrance is coming and are already in place for the toast. Add a livestream for family abroad, and a photo booth or 360 booth to keep the guests in the story.

  • Event, party and corporate photography
  • Highlight film and full ceremony video
  • Livestream for family in Israel or anywhere else
  • Premium photo booth and 360 booth

Planning for Miami Weather & Waterfront Venues

  • Heat, humidity and salt air are part of every outdoor event here. Sound, lighting and screens are shaded and protected near the water, and outdoor setups are timed with the venue so equipment is not left sitting in the midday sun.
  • Summer storms can arrive fast. Every outdoor ceremony and reception gets a covered position for the DJ, sound and screens, and a rain plan agreed with the venue in advance.
  • Hurricane season runs from June through November. If your date falls inside it, we go through the venue's weather policy and decision timeline with you and your planner early.
  • Waterfront and hotel venues often set sound limits and load-in windows. We confirm them early and travel from Los Angeles with the production planned in full — travel included in one clear quote.

Miami — Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an Israeli DJ in Miami for weddings and Bar Mitzvahs?

Yes — Gilad Emesh is an Israeli-born DJ who comes to Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura and Boca Raton from Los Angeles and performs personally. Expect a Hebrew/English MC, the Chuppah music you choose, a Hora built up to the chair lift, and Israeli and Mizrahi music mixed through the party.

Can we rent an LED wall or video wall for a Miami event?

Yes — LED walls for ballroom and stage backdrops, and outdoor-rated LED screens for terraces and lawns, in Miami, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Every screen has an operator for the night, and what plays on it is prepared with you ahead of time, from a monogram or Mitzvah logo to a live camera feed of the speeches.

What does an LED video wall cost in Miami?

An LED wall in Miami is quoted for your event alone. Five things shape the quote: the size of the wall, indoor or outdoor placement, how many days it runs, the content you want on it, and the operator's time. For a personalized quote, call (310) 200-1134 and tell us the date and the venue.

Can you handle the sound, lighting and staging for a Miami event?

Yes. Sound for the ballroom or the terrace, microphones for every speaker, lighting in your colors, truss and a stage where you need one — designed for your venue and run by our crew alongside the DJ and the LED walls.

Can you book a live band, violinist or Jewish wedding singer in Miami?

Yes. Violin or electric violin for the ceremony, a singer who performs in Hebrew and English for the Chuppah and the first dance, a saxophone player, live percussion to lift the Hora, or a complete band. Each musician is scheduled into the DJ's run of show, and the music never stalls between them.

Do you provide corporate DJs and event production in Miami?

Yes. For galas, product launches, conferences and company parties we provide the stage and LED walls, the sound and lighting, presenter microphones, and a corporate DJ and MC — coordinated with your planner and the hotel or venue team from the first walk-in song to the last.

Do you have an event photographer or videographer for Miami events?

Yes — photography and video for weddings, Mitzvahs and corporate events in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, booked within the same production: candid and posed photos, a highlight film, ceremony coverage start to finish, and a livestream for family who can't travel.

What happens if it rains at an outdoor event in Miami?

We plan for it from the start. Every outdoor setup has a covered position for the DJ, sound and screens, and the rain plan is settled with the venue before the day. If your date falls in hurricane season, June through November, we review the venue's weather policy with you and your planner early.

Do you travel from Los Angeles to Miami?

Yes. The team travels from Encino, Los Angeles to Miami, Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Palm Beach. One clear quote includes the travel, and the production is worked out with you and your venue before the day.
