LED Wall Rental Las Vegas

Indoor and outdoor LED walls, with content and an operator

LED Walls · Las Vegas

An LED wall that holds its own in a Las Vegas room

Guests in Las Vegas are surrounded by giant screens — along the Strip, inside the arenas, above the casino floors. An LED wall at your event still has to earn their attention: sharp from where they actually sit, bright enough for the ballroom or the open desert sky, and playing content made for your night instead of a generic loop.

On Air Productions LA brings LED video walls and LED screens to Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin with our own equipment and crew. We are based in Los Angeles and travel in for every event, and that travel sits inside one clear quote. The same team runs the processor, the content, the live camera feed and the operator — and, if you book them, the DJ, sound and lighting, all cued from a single run of show.

Many Las Vegas resorts work with an in-house AV team. We contact them early, so power, rigging points, load-in windows and the venue's requirements are agreed long before the day and written into the run of show your planner and the venue both receive — whether the wall stands in a resort ballroom, beside a pool, or behind the stage at a convention-week reception.

What We Provide

LED walls and screens for every kind of Las Vegas event

Indoor LED Video Wall Rental

Ballrooms and showrooms are where an LED video wall does its most precise work. Guests often sit close, so we choose panels with a finer pixel pitch that stays crisp from the front tables, and we size the wall to the room's sightlines rather than to the largest frame that will fit. Ground-stacked behind a stage or mounted on truss, it becomes the backdrop every photo is taken against.

  • Finer-pitch panels for close viewing
  • Ground-stacked or truss-mounted to suit the room
  • Sized to sightlines and ceiling height
  • Processor and on-site operator included

Outdoor & Daylight LED Screens

Pool parties, terrace receptions and desert-evening events need panels made for open air. Our daylight-bright outdoor LED screens stay readable while the sun is still up, and the brightness comes down after sunset so the screen never glares. Footing, wind exposure and power are planned with the venue before a single panel leaves the truck.

  • Daylight-bright panels for pools, terraces and lawns
  • Readable from late afternoon into the night
  • Power and placement agreed with the venue
  • Wind and weather reviewed before the build

IMAG & Live Camera Feed for Conferences

In a large general session or an awards show, the back rows see the speaker mostly on screen. IMAG — image magnification — puts a live camera shot of the presenter, the panel or the winner walking up onto the LED wall, switched alongside slides, video roll-ins and sponsor loops so the program never sits on a blank screen.

  • Live camera feed of presenters and award winners
  • Slides, roll-ins and sponsor loops switched on cue
  • Logos and session titles between speakers
  • Feed shared with the livestream or recording

LED Stage Backdrops & Branded Walls

At a product launch, a gala or a brand activation, the LED wall is the set. We shape it around the stage, then load it with your logos, sponsor graphics and video, so the backdrop transforms for each part of the night — welcome, keynote, awards, after-party — without a single piece of scenery moving.

  • Wall shape planned around the stage
  • Logos, sponsor graphics and video built with you
  • A different look for each program segment

LED Screen Content, Monograms & Live VJ

A screen is only as strong as what plays on it. We build the content with you: a monogram or name wall for a wedding, a photo montage for dinner, candle-lighting visuals and game screens for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, the hype video for your grand entrance. For the dance sets, a live VJ mixes visuals to the music in real time, so the wall moves with the DJ rather than repeating itself.

  • Monograms, name walls and logos
  • Slideshows, montages and entrance videos
  • Candle-lighting visuals and game screens
  • Optional live VJ synced to the DJ

LED DJ Booth & LED Dance Floor

Screens do not have to stay behind the stage. An LED DJ booth turns the front of the DJ setup into a moving display that matches the main wall, and an LED dance floor carries the same look under the guests' feet — one visual design across the whole room, planned and run by our crew.

  • LED DJ booth matched to the main wall
  • LED dance floor options
  • Content coordinated across every screen

Convention-Week Receptions & Resort Load-Ins

When a major convention is in town, ballrooms turn over fast and loading docks run on tight slots. For the receptions, client dinners and activations your company hosts that week, we confirm the dock time, the route to the room and the in-house AV team's requirements early, and plan the wall so it goes up and comes down inside the window the venue gives us.

  • Load-in windows confirmed with the venue in advance
  • Coordination with the resort's in-house AV team
  • Builds planned for tight turnover schedules
  • Run of show shared with your planner and the venue

For Every Kind of Event

LED wall rental for Las Vegas weddings, mitzvahs, conventions and parties

Weddings & Jewish weddings

A monogram glowing behind the chuppah, your story as a montage during dinner, and a live camera on the hora so every table sees the chairs go up — the wall follows the evening from the ceremony to the last dance.

Bar & Bat Mitzvahs

Name walls, candle-lighting visuals with a photo for each honoree, game screens the MC runs between dance sets, and an LED DJ booth that matches the main screen.

Conferences & general sessions

IMAG for the keynote, slides and video roll-ins switched on cue, sponsor loops between sessions, and an operator who stays with the screen from the first walk-in to the closing remarks.

Convention-week receptions & client dinners

Branded walls for the reception or dinner your team hosts while a big show is in town, planned around tight dock times and the resort's in-house AV requirements.

Awards shows, galas & product launches

Nominee reels, winner walk-ups on the live camera, sponsor recognition and a reveal moment for the product — the backdrop changes with every segment of the program.

Pool parties & outdoor celebrations

Daylight-bright screens on a pool deck or terrace, readable at golden hour and dimmed after dark, with power and placement settled with the venue well in advance.

Planning Guide

How to plan an LED wall for a Las Vegas event

Start from the viewing distance

How close the nearest guests sit decides the pixel pitch: the closer they are, the finer the pitch needs to be for a smooth picture. A wall watched from the back of a conference hall can use a coarser pitch than one directly behind a head table.

Size it to the room and the content

A wide wall suits a stage backdrop and a montage; a taller shape suits a single speaker on IMAG. Ceiling height, rigging points and seating set the limits, and we draw the wall on your floor plan before we quote.

Indoors, outdoors or both

Ballroom panels and daylight panels are different products. If any part of the event happens in the sun — a pool deck, a terrace, a ceremony before sunset — the outdoor panels are the ones that stay readable.

Bring the venue's AV team in early

Many resorts work with in-house AV and set their own requirements for power, rigging and load-in. We reach out early so every detail is agreed in advance, not discovered at the loading dock.

Plan the content with the timeline

List each moment the screen matters — the entrance, the speeches, the candle-lighting, the keynote, the awards — and we build or load the content for every one, then test it on the wall before doors open.

Hold the date before the convention calendar does

Big conventions fill hotel ballrooms and loading docks across the city. A date locked early makes the load-in far simpler, and the wall's size and content can be refined afterwards.

Common Questions

LED Wall Rental Las Vegas — FAQ

What size LED wall do I need for my event?

Start with the room and the content. A backdrop for a 150-guest wedding dinner is a very different wall from one carrying IMAG for a general session of a thousand seats. Your floor plan drives the answer — where guests sit, the ceiling height, the stage — and we show you the layout before anything is booked.

What pixel pitch should an LED wall have indoors and outdoors?

Pixel pitch is the spacing between the LEDs. The closer your guests sit, the finer the pitch should be so the picture looks smooth rather than dotted; a wall seen from farther back can use a coarser pitch. Outdoor panels are built for brightness first, so daylight does not wash them out. We match the panels to your real viewing distance.

Is an LED wall better than a projector?

In a dark room with a small audience, a projector can do the job. An LED wall stays bright and sharp with the house lights up, in daylight or beside a pool, has no beam for presenters to walk through, and can be built to almost any shape. We supply both projectors with screens and LED walls, and we will tell you which fits your room.

Can you rent an outdoor LED screen for a pool party or daytime event in Las Vegas?

Yes. We bring daylight-bright outdoor panels for pool decks, terraces and lawns, and agree power, placement and wind exposure with the venue beforehand. After sunset the brightness is lowered so the screen stays comfortable to watch.

Does the LED wall rental come with an operator?

Always. Our crew builds and tests the wall, and an operator stays at the processor for the entire event — switching content, the live camera and every video cue — then takes it all down at the end.

Can the LED wall show a live camera feed (IMAG)?

Yes. IMAG puts a live shot of the speaker, the couple, the honoree or an award winner on the wall, so guests far from the stage still see faces. We switch it with slides, montages and sponsor loops, and can send the same feed to a livestream or recording.

Can I bring an outside LED wall company into a Las Vegas resort?

Many Las Vegas resorts work with an in-house AV team, and every venue sets its own requirements. We contact the venue and its AV team early, so power, rigging, load-in times and any conditions are agreed before you finalize anything — and we tell you plainly what that venue allows.

How far ahead should I book an LED wall in Las Vegas?

As soon as your date and venue are set. Large conventions claim ballrooms and docks all over town, so dates around major shows tighten first. Holding the date early secures the panels and the load-in window; the wall's size and content can be finalized later.

How long does LED wall setup take, and what power does it need?

It depends on the wall's size and whether it is ground-stacked or on truss, so we schedule the build well before doors open and test every panel and cue. Power is confirmed with the venue during planning — at a resort, usually with its in-house AV team.

How much does LED wall rental cost in Las Vegas?

The quote depends on the size of the wall, indoor or outdoor panels, ground-stacked or truss-mounted, how much content we build, whether you add IMAG or a live VJ, the venue's load-in schedule and the hours. Travel from Los Angeles is part of the same quote. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Do you travel from Los Angeles for LED wall rentals in Las Vegas?

Yes. We are based in Los Angeles and come to Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the rest of the valley with our own equipment and crew. Planning happens by phone and video, and a written run of show goes to your planner and the venue.
