Event Production in Las Vegas

An LED wall changes a ballroom the moment guests walk in: a monogram for the wedding, the Bar Mitzvah logo, a sponsor loop for a conference, or a live camera feed so the back of the room sees every toast and keynote. We supply the LED video wall, the processor and the operator, and we build the content with you.

Indoor and outdoor LED screens, backdrop walls behind a stage, and LED DJ booths that match the screen — sized for the room and the viewing distance, not one size for every event.

Audio visual for the whole event: a sound system that fills the room without drowning conversation, wireless microphones for speeches, intelligent lighting and uplighting, truss and staging. For a conference or gala we run the show calls — walk-in music, speaker mics, video cues and the after-party.

Live music on top of the DJ is where a Las Vegas night becomes a show: a saxophone player over the dance set, a violinist for the ceremony, a live drummer for the Hora, a wedding singer for the first dance, or a full live band. Every musician is booked and timed by the same team as the DJ, so the hand-offs are seamless.

We coordinate with your planner and the venue's own team so the run of show holds from the first session to the last dance.

Photo and video coverage booked with the rest of the production, so the photographer knows the timeline and the videographer is where the moments happen: candid and posed photography, a highlight film, full ceremony and speech coverage, and livestreaming for guests who can't travel.
