The house

A modern house on a private Malibu ridge

The Aviator does not whisper. Black-and-white wings, planes of red lacquer, and glass that slides away until the great room and the sky are one space.

It stands at the end of two and a half miles of private road, on a 2.23-acre ridgeline parcel, and the nearest neighbor is at least a quarter of a mile away. From the pool deck the coastline opens across two hundred degrees: the Pacific, the islands on a clear day, and the sunset.

It took thirty months to build, and it shows. A double-height great room behind floor-to-ceiling retractable glass. An infinity-edge pool with a sun shelf, facing the ocean. An outdoor lounge with a fire feature, and a covered patio with a long table and a built-in grill suite. The whole house runs on its own solar array and battery storage.

It suits evenings with a point of view: a sunset reception, an intimate wedding, a launch or a client dinner where the house becomes part of the story.

If you'd like

The whole night, one team

The house is yours to fill as you wish. If you'd like, On Air Productions LA brings everything else, planned around the estate and its music hours, with one team and one timeline from the first guest to the last song.

  • DJ and MC

Music read from the room, and an MC in Hebrew and English to carry the evening.

  • Live music

Saxophone, violin, a singer or a darbuka over the DJ's set, for the ceremony or the dance floor.

  • Sound and lighting

Sound designed for terraces and lawns, and lighting that turns the house itself into the backdrop.

  • LED and full production

LED walls, staging and the production behind them, run by our own crew.

Entirely optional. You're welcome to hold your event at an estate without any of our entertainment.

An estate celebration is a different investment than a ballroom — and a different kind of night.

Every estate is quoted privately. The address is shared once your inquiry is confirmed.
