The house
A Tuscan villa above the Malibu Pacific
Mintcello Estate was built as one work of art, and it still reads that way: stone laid by hand, iron worked into gates and balconies, a cello set in mosaic beneath the stairs.
The villa stands on 4.5 acres in the hills above the coast, behind its own gate, ten to fifteen minutes from the Pacific Coast Highway and the 101. From the terraces the view runs down the canyon to the ocean, and as the sun goes down the stone walls take on the color of the sky.
Inside, the craft is everywhere you look. Locally sourced stone and custom millwork, copper shelving, sculptural light fixtures, arched steel doors that open each room onto a courtyard or a terrace. Outside, hand-carved fountains and a long pergola terrace with an outdoor fireplace set the scene for dinner under the lights.
Finished in 2025, it has the patience of an old Tuscan farmhouse and the comfort of a new one. That is exactly what a wedding wants: a place that feels like it has always been there, and works perfectly on the day.

Occasions
Made for
The occasions this house was shaped around.
Weddings, from the ceremony to the last dance
The lawn holds the ceremony, the terraces the cocktail hour, the pergola the dinner, and the house is there for every moment in between.
Welcome dinners and farewell brunches
The long table under the pergola suits the night before and the morning after, each planned and quoted as its own event.
Milestone celebrations
Anniversaries, engagements, the big birthdays: an evening by the outdoor fireplace while the canyon goes dark below.
Corporate offsites
A day of conversation away from the office, and a dinner on the terrace to close it.

The ceremony
Jewish and Israeli weddings at Mintcello Estate
The chuppah stands on the 4,500 sq ft lawn, with the canyon falling away behind it and the Pacific on the horizon. Guests come down the lit stone stairs to their seats, and the processional carries across the grass.
Then the hora takes over the terrace and the chair goes up under the evening sky. Our team produces Jewish and Israeli weddings from the first note to the last dance, with an MC in Hebrew and English if you'd like one, and plans the night around the house: music outdoors until 10 PM; the party moves inside, at a lower volume, until midnight.

If you'd like
The whole night, one team
The house is yours to fill as you wish. If you'd like, On Air Productions LA brings everything else, planned around the estate and its music hours, with one team and one timeline from the first guest to the last song.
DJ and MC
Music read from the room, and an MC in Hebrew and English to carry the evening.
Live music
Saxophone, violin, a singer or a darbuka over the DJ's set, for the ceremony or the dance floor.
Sound and lighting
Sound designed for terraces and lawns, and lighting that turns the house itself into the backdrop.
LED and full production
LED walls, staging and the production behind them, run by our own crew.
Entirely optional. You're welcome to hold your event at an estate without any of our entertainment.
An estate celebration is a different investment than a ballroom — and a different kind of night.
